Our Fees

We take great pride in the fact that every single client that works with us benefits from the best possible marketing package, a truly personal service and the highest standard of customer care and professionalism. The type or value of property that we sell is not of importance to us, what’s important is the service that we provide and that every client we work with walks away having been fully satisfied with the service received.

We will never be an agency that sells the most properties, and we only ever work with a small number of clients at any one time, allowing us to hone all our attention and energy into the people and properties that we work with.

We have always believed in having a fee structure for our clients that is simple, straight forward, and easy to understand and one that works on the basis that we should only get paid once we’ve fully done our job and handed over keys. Subsequently, we only charge one fee of 1.35% Inclusive of vat (total 1.125% plus vat) which is payable upon completion.

There are no fees applicable for marketing, onboarding or anything else.The only ‘external’ cost applicable is for an EPC which a seller is legally required to have in place to be able to sell their property.

There is a minimum fee of £3,500.00 + vat (£4,200.00 inclusive of vat) for every property sale.
